Joyce Neilson is the featured artist at Peak to Peak, 9735 E. Colfax, Denver, CO for the month of July.

Joyce Nielsen is a relatively new member of Stapleton Artists. She lives in Park Hill, is a retired sociology professor who has become a full-time artist. Current exhibits include: A Contemporary Collage Show at Health Sciences Library Gallery, CU’s Anschutz campus, through September 2019; Jazz Squares, Mask series, and Recovered Writings series on display at Prism Workspaces, 999 Vallejo, Denver; some work at Elements in Larimer Square; Bank of the West, Aurora; and Park Hill Hub, Colfax & Ivanhoe. Her work is mostly abstract and mixed media, with emphasis on texture via collage, lines and mark-making.
